Jeni Loftus

I am an Assistant Professor of Sociology at Purdue University in West Lafayette, IN. I did my graduate work at Indiana University in Bloomington, IN and earned my PhD in 2004. I did my undergraduate work at the University of Minnesota with a BA in Sociology and a minor in Norwegian. I am currently working on several papers on women's experiences with infertility.

My primary research areas are in the sociology of sexuality, medical sociology, sociology of the family, gender, social psychology and qualitative and quantitative research methods. You can find out more about my research and teaching by selecting the links in the lower right.
